Missed out on tickets to the Super Rugby Final this Saturday, 20 June? Join us as the Hurricanes take on the Chiefs on the big screen at Tākina with our free Hurricanes Whānau Fan Zone. 

Grab dinner and refreshments from the food and drink vendors on site or bring your own snacks (no BYO alcohol permitted). 

Doors open from 5:30pm, with kick-off at 7:05pm. There will be space for up to 1,000 supporters to cheer on the Canes together - first in, first served.

Te Papa offers secure parking that is conveniently located across the road, with all parking fees supporting the mahi of Aotearoa New Zealand’s national museum.  Parking costs $2 per hour from 5pm.

Michelangelo - A Different View (2026). For the first time in Aotearoa, visitors had the rare opportunity to experience the breathtaking frescoes of the Sistine Chapel up close, with more than 50 stunning reproductions of Michelangelo’s masterpieces on display.
Wellington Art Show (2026). Visitors explored thousands of unique artworks spanning ceramics, jewellery, textiles, large‑scale sculptures, and contemporary object art, with opportunities to meet the artists through live demonstrations.

Disney: The Magic of Animation (2025). This enchanting exhibition invited visitors to step behind the scenes of Disney’s timeless films, showcasing original sketches, concept art, and interactive displays that celebrated the artistry behind the magic.
The Art of Banksy (2024-2025). This thought-provoking exhibition brought together original pieces, prints, and installations by the world’s most talked-about street artist, giving audiences a rare glimpse into Banksy’s boundary-pushing work.
Doctor Who: Worlds of Wonder (2024). Fans travelled through time and space with this immersive experience, which explored the science behind the Doctor’s adventures with original props, costumes, and hands-on exhibits.
Marvel: Earth’s Mightiest Exhibition (2023-2024). This dynamic exhibition celebrated the heroes and villains of the Marvel Universe through rare memorabilia, stunning artwork, and interactive displays that brought epic stories to life.
